Personal Training & Nutrition

After we take all group members through their results, our trainer and nutritionist will meet with individuals to discuss their personalized workout and diet plan and the daily habits we’ll undertake to achieve your goals.

Full Coverage for Group

Your group will be picked up in a black car directly from the airport and be taken to the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, Colorado. Everything will be taken care of your group- any logistics, lodging, food, or transportation.
